In short
- You do not need an account. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
- Your answers, scores and mock exam history stay on your phone. We do not upload them.
- If you buy the full version, the app sends your Google Play purchase details to our server so that we can confirm the purchase with Google and send you the question bank.
- There are no adverts, no analytics and no tracking in the app, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Who we are
The app is provided by ZXMEDIX LIMITED, a company registered in Ireland (CRO 819168), registered office: 5 St Patrick's Close, Kilkenny, R95 KWN6 ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

Information stored only on your device
The app keeps the following on your phone, in the app's own storage: the questions you have downloaded, your answers and scores, your mock exam history, and a record that you have unlocked the full version (including the purchase token and order ID that Google Play gives the app). Apart from the purchase details described in the next section, none of this is sent to us. It is deleted if you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Information we receive when you buy the full version
Payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive your card or bank details.
When you buy the full version, and from time to time afterwards so that refunds are reflected correctly, the app sends our server:
- the purchase token issued by Google Play;
- the product purchased and the app's package name.
Our server sends the purchase token to Google to confirm that the purchase is genuine. We keep a record containing the purchase token, the product, Google's order ID, the purchase status (for example, completed, pending or refunded), whether it was a test purchase, and when it was last checked. The same token is used to authorise downloads of the question bank.
We use this information only to confirm your purchase, provide the paid content and prevent misuse. Our legal basis is that this is necessary to provide the full version you have bought (performance of a contract) and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud.
Technical information
Like any web service, our server and hosting provider process your device's IP address when the app connects, to deliver the request, limit excessive requests and keep the service secure. This is held in short-lived server and security logs and is not used to identify you.
Who we share information with
- Google — to process your payment and to confirm purchases (Google's own privacy policy applies to Google Play).
- Hostinger — our hosting provider, which stores and serves our server on our behalf.
We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers. We may disclose information if the law requires it. Where our providers process data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, apply.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as they are needed to provide the full version to you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Technical logs are kept only for a short period.
Your rights
Under data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Because we do not know your name or email address, please include your Google Play order number (it starts with "GPA.") so that we can find your record. Contact us at contact@revisefcps1.com.
You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie) or your local data protection authority.
Deleting your data
This section explains how to delete your data from GPST Pro – SJT Master Qbank, provided by ZXMEDIX LIMITED.
Data on your phone. Uninstall the app, or go to your phone's Settings, open Apps, choose GPST Pro, then Storage & cache, and select Clear storage (menu names vary slightly between phones). This deletes your downloaded questions, answers, scores, mock exam history and the purchase details stored by the app.
Data on our server. To ask us to delete your purchase record:
- Find your Google Play order number. It starts with "GPA." and is shown in your Google Play receipt email, or in the Play Store under Profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & history.
- Email contact@revisefcps1.com with the subject "Delete my GPST Pro data" and include your order number.
- We will delete the record and confirm by email within one month of your request.
What is deleted: the purchase token, product, Google order ID, purchase status, test-purchase flag and last-checked time that we hold for your purchase. We do not keep a copy.
What is not deleted by us: your purchase itself, which Google Play holds under Google's own privacy policy, and short-lived server and security logs, which are removed automatically after a short period.
Deleting your purchase record does not cancel your purchase. If you keep using the full version, the app will confirm your purchase with Google again and a new record will be created.
Children
The app is intended for doctors preparing for professional exams and is not directed at children under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if the app changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
