Delete from your account page

Log in, scroll to the danger zone, type DELETE and confirm. You'll be logged out and your account deactivated immediately.

Deleting from the Android app

If you signed up via the mobile app, follow these steps in-app:

1 Open the ReviseFCPS1 app on your device.
2 Go to the Profile tab on the bottom navigation bar.
3 Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account" (red text).
4 Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
5 Tap "Permanently Delete Account" to confirm.

This action is permanent

Once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered. We cannot un-delete an account or restore study progress, bookmarks, or notes after the 24-hour window.

Data that will be deleted

Account info (name, email, profile details)
MCQ practice progress and answer history
Mock exam results and scores
Bookmarks and personal notes
Recall and MCQ submissions you contributed
XP, streaks, and achievement data
Payment and purchase records linked to you
Notification preferences and push tokens
Referral history

Data that may be retained

Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot be linked to your identity — for example, the percentage of users who answered a given MCQ correctly. This is essential for keeping community accuracy stats meaningful and is fully anonymised.

Timeline

Your account and personal data are permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours of your request. Backup copies (used for disaster recovery only) are purged within 30 days.

Can't access the app?

No problem — message us with the email address registered to your account and we'll handle the deletion manually within 24 hours.
