1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the ReviseFCPS1 mobile app or accessing revisefcps1.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ReviseFCPS1 is a study platform operated by ReviseFCPS1 Limited (the "Company"). The Service provides exam-preparation content for the CPSP FCPS Part 1 examination — MCQs, mock exams, recalls, mnemonics, high-yield notes, and related study tools — across web and mobile. The Service is educational and is not a substitute for formal medical training.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You must be a medical student, graduate, or qualified doctor. The Service is not intended for the general public.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• One account per person. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in termination.
• Provide accurate information during registration.

4. Pricing & Payment

Payments are processed by Google Play (Android), Stripe (international cards), or verified manually for JazzCash/EasyPaisa transactions. We do not store card details.

5. Refunds

Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled per the Google Play refund policy (typically auto-refund within 48 hours via Account → Order history). For other refund requests, contact us at contact@revisemrcem.com.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Redistribute, reproduce, publish, or sell content from the Service (MCQs, explanations, recalls, notes) outside the platform.
• Use the Service to assist in cheating during any real exam, including the live CPSP exam.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools to access content.
• Share your account or permit unauthorized access.
• Submit defamatory, offensive, infringing, or unlawful content.
• Disrupt or compromise the Service's security or availability.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Service — MCQs, explanations, recalls, mnemonics, notes, design, logos, code — is the intellectual property of ReviseFCPS1 Limited or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for your own exam preparation. No other rights are granted.

8. Community Submissions

Users may contribute MCQs and recalls. By submitting content, you:

• Represent that the content is your original work and does not infringe third-party rights.
• Grant ReviseFCPS1 Limited a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, publish, and distribute the content within the Service.
• Understand submissions may be edited by our medical review team before publication.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure content accuracy through doctor verification, we do not guarantee it is free of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReviseFCPS1 Limited and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including failure to pass an exam, loss of data, or reliance on content for clinical decisions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms — particularly for content redistribution, exam cheating, or attempts to compromise security. Upon termination, your license to access content ends immediately.

You may terminate your account any time via the account deletion page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights under the laws of your country of residence (including Pakistan for users based there).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
