By downloading, installing, or using the ReviseFCPS1 mobile app or accessing revisemrcem.com/fcps1api/public/ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ReviseFCPS1 is a mobile study app operated by IE HEALTHNOW LIMITED (the "Company"), an Ireland-registered company (CRO: 805729). The Service provides exam-preparation content for the CPSP FCPS Part 1 examination, including MCQs, mock exams, recalls, mnemonics, high-yield notes, and related study tools. The Service is educational in nature and is not a substitute for formal medical training.

All payments are processed by Google Play. We do not directly access, store, or process your payment details.
Refunds are handled per the Google Play refund policy. Within 48 hours of purchase you may be able to request an automatic refund directly through Google Play (Account → Order history). For refund requests outside that window or for disputes, contact us at contact@revisemrcem.com.

All content in the Service — including MCQs, explanations, recalls, mnemonics, notes, design, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of IE HEALTHNOW LIMITED or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your own exam preparation. No other rights are granted.
Users may submit MCQs to the Service via the community contribution program (submit 100 approved MCQs to earn free lifetime premium). By submitting content, you:
The Service is an exam preparation tool. It is not medical advice, not a substitute for clinical judgment, and should not be used to diagnose or treat real patients. While we make every effort to ensure content accuracy through doctor verification, we do not guarantee that it is free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IE HEALTHNOW LIMITED and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failure to pass an exam, loss of data, or reliance on content for clinical decisions.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, including for content redistribution, cheating assistance, or attempts to compromise Service security. Upon termination, your license to access content ends immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence (including Pakistan for users based there).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
